L&N Associates LLC may send you SMS/text messages if you provide your phone number through our website, by phone, or by texting our business number. This is a two-way, conversational messaging program, which may include responses to your inquiries, appointment and showing coordination, property and transaction updates, and other service-related communications.

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting — for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or sending us a message. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Carriers (including wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
